Join Coco’s and Paolo Demarie of Demarie Wine Cellar of Piedmont, Italy at Coco Events for a singularly unique Wine and Black Truffle Dinner. A sumptuous 5 Course meal prepared by our very own Italian born Chef Piero Notardonato will be paired with 6 extraordinary wines.
This culinary experience includes remarkably fresh Piedmont Black Truffles that are discovered one at a time and hand-selected just days before they are brought to Nashville. Paulo will personally hand shave them for you for two of the courses.
This is an extraordinary dining experience that expresses the Piedmont’s unique terroir and which is rarely executed outside of Italy.
